How do I contract electricity/ water and so on?
AOnce you moved in to the new residence, normally local company contact you for the electricity/water and gas, there are some companies and if you have preference you can just choose the one you find. If there is no preference local company will reach you upon moving in. When you move out, you need to contact them to stop supply and will have same process at the new residence.

What are the documents required for contract?
AWe will need designated documents and fees to proceed with the rental agreement. The document such as passport, Resident card, Latest salary statement etc…

AYes of course! Which is the reason for our existence. We are happy to assist English speaker and other language as well. Please message us for more information.

How much is the initial expense to move?
AIn Fukuoka, the living cost is not as high as Tokyo. Depends on the property, we are assisting the property which would cost minimum 100.000JPY for 1 person. The initial cost of moving is said 4-5times to the rent, so if the rent is 100.000JPY then the initial cost would around 500.000JPY.
